Interested in training for a marathon? Join the L.A.LEGGERS  to train for the inaugural Pasadena Marathon and the 2009 Los Angeles Marathon.
 
Join us on Saturday for a run and/or walk at the Santa Monica Senior Center . Learn proper hydration, nutrition and apparel and make a lot of great friends!
 
Training for new or returning members is just $65 and valid for one calendar year.

MEET WITH YOUR MENTOR 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR PACE GROUP STARTING TIME.

 

The time posted applies to both Pasadena as well as Los Angeles Marathon training. The Pace Group will start out together and will return the Los Angeles Marathon training group to the Senior Center. The Pasadena Marathon training group will then continue on with their mileage.

L.A.LEGGERS: WHO WE ARE

L.A.LEGGERS is a non-profit, volunteer-run organization. Our membership includes runners, walkers and volunteer with diverse backgrounds and experience. The organization offers members training and an educational program that enables individuals to attain their own personal goals and objectives. By following our training program, ordinary people can complete an extraordinary challenge - finishing a 1/2 or full marathon.

We aim to promote physical and mental health in the community through running and walking, and we do this by providing a training program that encourages personal fulfillment and emphasizes safety in a supportive and motivational environment.
